Splendido Taal Golf Clubhouse Update
Splendido Taal Golf Clubhouse is now more than 35% complete. The roof
metal under sheeting was completed and ready for the installation of clay
roof tiles next month. The concreting of flooring in the upper ground
level is now completed while the concrete flooring in the lower ground
is already 90% complete.
To date, plastering of concrete columns, beams, and masonry walls are
on-going. Likewise, the water proofing on the lower ground, which was
started last September 2004 is now complete and will be ready for roofing
this month. The water proofing on the lower ground, which was started
last September, is now 100% complete. The layin in of concrete masonry
walls and plastering are finished.
The laying of electrical conduits for lighting and power installations
including the electrical panel and junction boxes are now almost 100%
finished while the site-drainage works are on-going.
The land area around the clubhouse is also being prepared for landscaping.
A mock-up of finished ceilings in the veranda section is now ready for
the inspection of Steven Leach Associates, Inc., the interior designer
of the clubhouse.
